Its been so long that we posted a blog that its hard to know where to start but we'll have a go at reviewing the last wee while

Obviously the most up to date news is the extreme disappointment felt by Judith (& Ken) at Argentina going out of the World Cup – a team that talented should surely have gone further but then if the coach doesn't play one of the best players in the world…........ As you would expect there has been a lot of interest in the World Cup amongst staff at Kiwoko and we have been showing the matches in the staff common room which has been very good.

We have spent the last week doing some more intensive luganda lessons which has proved very worthwhile and something we would hope to repeat again in a few months along with the other new mission partners at Kiwoko.

Ken is training to run from Luwero to Kiwoko hopefully on the 30th September – a distance of about 10 miles – the hope is to have a fun day at the hospital focussing on this race and also to try and raise some valuable funds for Kiwoko – much needed at present – we will let you know how you can support this cause as plans develop.
