Well it is now.

Niall & Ken managed to complete the full 16km from Luwero Cathedral to Kiwoko Hospital and afterwards enjoyed a great time back at the hospital with activities such as Bicycle balancing, bottle balancing (now a regular at Kiwoko after being introduced by Niall), and ludo amongst others. We also had the pleasure of having some good friends of Kiwoko with us for the day – Dr Ian & Robbie Clark passed the finishing line together which was very moving. We also had Rose – the Clark's daughter with us. Dr Helen Brewer made the trip from the UK especially for the day and Jim McAnlis was able to take some great photos.

Thanks for all the support and if you still want to you can forward any donations to Kiwoko via Friends of Kiwoko Hospital details at (www.fokh.org.uk) Oh by the way my time was a respectable (at least for me ) 1hr and 31 mins. The winner Lasto came in with an excellent time of 57 mins so I was well behind him and many others.

Hi, just a quick comment to congratulate you on the chase. Not quite 57 minutes but impressive none the less! Hope it made all those 6.30am starts worthwhile! keep up the good work, thoughts and prayers, Jayne.

Welldone Ken! Glad you are keeping up the running. I loved running in the lush green of Uganda on those brick red roads but didn't manage a 16km in your time! Love to you and Judith. xx
