Well yesterday that’s how long it took me (Ken that is!) to run just over 26 miles round the streets of Dublin. It was…. well… an experience ! My knees are still recovering but otherwise all well and I am now planning for the next one! I have to get under that 4 1/2 hour mark at least.

The day was great – Garrath my running companion (for about half of the race) went on to complete in 3 hours 56 minutes – fantastic and we were most grateful for the support from Carl & Vicky who came over from St Albans and for Heather, Andrew, Hannah, Patrick & Megan who came down from Dungannon.

So far we have raised over £4000 for the work of Kiwoko Hospital which is much much appreciated.
