Today we saw elephants! That’s got you hooked already!

We have now moved from the guest house in Kajiado to our base in Oltiasika where for the last two nights we have enjoyed amazing views of the stars, lots of laughter, beautiful food and fellowship. We have also begun work in Imberikani at St. Pauls Church. We have divided up into different groups to carry out various tasks including painting window frames, landscaping, carpentry, and wiring the computer room. The plans for the next few days are coming together and we are preparing for a clergy conference tomorrow and some kids work on Friday before welcoming the blue team back from Nairobi on Saturday.

On Sunday we worshipped together in Kajaidio Cathedral where as a team we were commissioned to work in the diocese and beyond. The worship was lively, with lots of dancing, singing and waving. The preacher was loud and enthusiastic encouraging the people to help with the fundraising for the school the diocese are looking to buy.

The whole team are in good form and enjoying life in Kenya – especially the safari each day and meeting the people who are working with us. We shall keep you posted on all of our adventures. We appreciate all the prayers and ask you to continue to pray for us.
