This, of course means, good morning in Lugandan! Arrived at Kiwoko safe and well been a busy introduction so far, with meetings scheduled for this afternoon. Journey went well, no major problems with baggage, aside from the excess charges! Had a great dinner with Rory and K and J last night – I'd forgotten how good the pineapple is here. The welcome here has been warm and friendly and I'm looking forward to seeing what the next few days brings. More info soon!

mission and HIV/AIDS...

Much of my work over the next two years will be with people living with HIV/ AIDS – the scale of this global problem is huge and is one that absolutely must be tackled by the church throughout the world. Over the next few days I'll be putting up some links to websites that deal with some of the issues raised by this pandemic. 7 The cow will feed with ...

News of an exciting competition – I can almost hear you gasp in anticipation!

Music is pretty important to me and I've been uploading my CD collection in preparation for going so I have an idea…

If you're up for it…I'd like you to prepare me the ultimate 'Various CD' – we've all done this.. Select some tracks, put them together and burn them onto CD. There are a couple of criteria that you need to satisfy to make your 'various' eligible – it needs to have 12…

3 weeks...

Well, it's been a pretty hectic few weeks – Dad is doing much better (thank you for all your prayers – it really has made a difference!), so I will be leaving our fair shores on Tuesday 4th April. That's three weeks tomorrow!! Yesterday was my commissioning at Ballyholme – it was really a great day. 2 services in the morning followed by a visit to my old youth group in the evening.
