As part of our commitment to developing relationships across the whole of Ireland, CMS Ireland will be on the road in May 2009 – holding a series of evening events with the theme, ‘Deep Impact: transforming mission in Ireland’. This will give us a chance to present something of the work of CMS Ireland and to share the various ways in which we can help your church to ‘do mission’. But the roadshows are not primarily ‘promotional’ events. Rather, they represent an opportunity for us to meet individuals, to develop friendships, to share stories and offer encouragement.
As we’ve planned these ‘Deep Impact’ events, we’ve tried to include a range of locations with good access from surrounding areas. We really hope you will be able to come along and spend an evening with us, as we look at the deep impact that comes through mission.
Whether you are a regular attender at CMS Ireland events or someone who would simply like to find out a bit more, we’d love to see you at one of these roadshow evenings. Perhaps you could come with a couple of friends from your parish? We can assure you of a warm welcome, a fine cuppa and a chance to hear and share stories…of mission on the move.
