CMS Ireland is delighted to announce that Archbishop Bernard Nhatoturi of Matana Diocese in Burundi will be visiting Ireland during the first two weeks of September. The Archbishop will have a programme of events and meetings across Ireland. This will be the Archbishop’s third visit to Ireland and we hope that this visit to be as much a blessing to all those involved as previously.
Speaking about Archbishop Bernard’s forthcoming visit, Regional Mission Partner for Mid and East Africa, Niall Manogue, comments,_ “It is a pleasure to receive Archbishop Bernard once again to Ireland. He is a gifted and vibrant communicator and we are looking forward to hearing his stories from Burundi, and sharing our stories from Ireland with him. It will be a real encouragement to supporters of Burundi to meet with the Archbishop, and also, for him to share fellowship with those who have a heart for God’s mission in this world. “_
To welcome the Archbishop, CMS Ireland will be hosting a lunch time event in our Belfast office on Wednesday 9th September from 12.30pm, until 2.00pm. Lunch will be provided.
It is a special opportunity to gather together to share fellowship, to enjoy some lively conversation and to spend time engaging with one of our Global partners in a more informal and personal way.
We hope that you will be able to join us on the 9th September to take part in this event which we hope will be a great encouragement and inspiration to all present.
If you are interested in attending the event, please contact Sarah Hutchinson in our Belfast Office.
