Each year CMS Ireland produces a special resource to help children and young people across Ireland explore what mission means and how they can help. This year’s Annual Project focusesd on Kiwoko Hospital in Uganda, and so far 75 Sunday Schools and parishes across Ireland to have got “Hands on!" with this year’s resource.

Sunday 11th April 2010 saw the opening of polls across Sudan in the first multi-party elections since 1986. Approximately 16 million people registered to cast votes for candidates at all levels of Government. After being extended, the polls closed on Thursday 15th April. These elections represent a critical moment in the country’s history. We get updates and views on the elections from Bishop Adeba of Yei Diocese, Bishop Poggo of Kajokeji Diocese and CMS Ireland Regional Mission Partner David Gough.
