Easter Greeting

Greetings for this Easter season!

On Palm Sunday, I attended a service of celebration for the 400 years of the King James version of the Bible and I was asked to read Luke 24: 1 – 12 – in the King James version of course! As I read out verses 5 & 6, I was struck yet again with the enormity of what it was saying.

‘Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here; but is risen!’

This IS the living truth of what Christianity is all about. We join with our Brothers and Sisters across the world rejoicing and declaring these words.

It is my prayer that as we all ponder these amazing events of the Easter story, that they would become a reality in each of our lives as we continue with our work and ministry.

On behalf of all the CMS Ireland Staff, I wish you God’s richest blessing over this Easter time and I pray for a renewed sense of purpose in our of service for Him.

Yours in Christ,

Ronnie Briggs
