Little Lights Art Competition

CMS Ireland Belfast office has been inundated with wonderful artwork from across Ireland as competition entries have been flooding in for the 2015 Little Lights Art Competition.

The competition has now closed and it has taken a long time to process all the 200 entries from 16 parishes and send each child a certificate for entering the competition. There was such talent this year and so many entries that we have awarded even more prizes than usual.

Under 5 Competition
Winner – Victoria Martin (Christ Church, Bessbrook)

Runner Up – Rosie Earley (St Mark’s, Dundela)
Runner Up – Cassie Calderwood (St Patrick’s, Broughshane)

5-7 Competition
Winner – Alfie Patterson (Inishmacsaint)

Runner Up – Tazmin Boyd (Cloughfern)
Runner Up – Matthew Fegan (Christ Church, Bessbrook)
Runner Up – Patrick Davey (Boyle Parochial School)

8-11 Competition
Winner – Daniel Graham (St John’s Helens Bay)

Runner Up – Katie Murray (Inch Parish)
Runner Up – Dylan Gilchrist (Christ Church, Bessbrook)
Runner Up – Lucy Pattison (Inishmacsaint)

12+ Competition
Winner – Emma Parker (Bryansford)

Runner Up – Taylor Peeke (St Luke’s, Mullaglass)
Runner Up – Holly Best (Christ Church, Bessbrook)

Thank you to all the children and Sunday school teachers for taking the time to enter the competition – it really is wonderful to see all your creative talents!

You can still send your pictures into the office and we will send you a certificate for each child.
