Romania, Brasov: Pray for Fr Valentin as he settles into his new role working with young people in the community of Brasov. Ask God for ‘open doors’ at the placement centres so that spiritual needs of the orphaned young people can be met.

Romania, Brasov: Pray for those who benefit from the SCUT programme in Brasov. Pray that they would have the strength to tackle issues from their past as they now look to the future. Pray for focus and self-discipline with regards to work and managing daily finances.

Uganda, Luwero Diocese, Kiwoko Hospital: Pray for the financial situation at Kiwoko Hospital. The income has dropped by almost a third in the last year yet costs have continued to rise. Pray that God will continue to provide for the work at Kiwoko

Uganda, Luwero Diocese, Kiwoko Hospital: Pray for the Mission week involving St Mary’s church team from London and the Kiwoko Hospital mission team. Pray that people will be challenged about their relationship with Jesus.

Kenya, Kajiado Diocese: Pray for the new ACK Diocese of Kajiado ‘Partnership Chapter Committee’ that has been set up to help strengthen existing partnerships such as the one with CMS Ireland. Pray that it may take root in the diocese and be able to meet the challenges ahead.

Kenya, Kajiado Diocese: Pray for the Sunday Schools in Kajiado – especially that the Lord may provide more Sunday School Teachers. Currently there are about 4800 children and only 56 teachers. Pray that the proposed Sunday School Teachers’ Conference at Mumias over the next 5 days will be a success.
