Ireland, CMS Ireland Staff: Pray for Brian and Anne in their work within the Finance department, as they continue to administer the finances for the organisation and produce regular reports. Pray also for Stella in the Dublin office, that God would give her opportunities to serve and bless many people through her work.

Ireland, CMS Ireland Board of Trustees: Please continue to remember the CMS Ireland Board of Trustees under the chairmanship of Clifford McSpadden. The Board gives strategic direction to the work of the Society and therefore requires wisdom and discernment from God in all its decision-making. Pray that God would be at the centre of all that the Board do.

Burundi, Gitega Diocese: Give thanks to God for St. Luke’s Primary school in Gitega, which is nearing completion. As they begin their intake of children, pray that the right leadership and teaching staff for the school would be found. Pray that the school would be able to offer quality education and nurture the Christian faith of all the children who are going to attend.

Burundi, Gitega Diocese: Pray for Mrs Ndayisenga Mathilde in her role as the Mothers’ Union Worker for the diocese. Pray for her and her family as they settle in to their new home and their new life in Gitega. Pray also that Mathilde will feel God’s guidance and encouragement in her work.

Uganda, Kiwoko Hospital, Rory and Denise Wilson: Denise continues to teach in the nurse training school several days a week. Pray for inspiration as she prepares lessons and seeks to deliver them in professional yet creative ways. Denise is also ‘set mother’ for the final year students. Pray for wisdom for Denise as she leads the weekly student Bible study and counsels students as needed.

Uganda, Kiwoko Hospital, Rory and Denise Wilson: Pray for Rory as he continues to provide leadership and management to the medical staff in the hospital, especially the team of doctors. In particular, pray that more doctors would come to work at Kiwoko. Pray for Rory as he seeks to mentor and disciple young doctors and medical students working in the hospital. Pray that their character would develop alongside their clinical skills.

Rwanda, Kibungo Diocese: Pray for the diocese as it seeks to reach out to local communities, particularly in the areas of providing healthcare and education. Specifically, please pray for the construction of a women and children’s Health Centre in Karama. Pray that God would open opportunities for the Anglican church to reach out into this remote area.

Rwanda, Kibungo Diocese:Bishop Josias continues a schedule of confirmations and meetings with parish councils throughout the Diocese of Kibungo. Please pray for him as he travels during the rainy season – pray for safety on the roads and that it would be a profitable time to meet with local churches and congregations.

Sudan,Ibba Diocese: Pray for the youth work in the Diocese. Particularly remember James Jaffir, a youth leader who was abducted when the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) attacked Ibba Diocese on 26th September 2009. As yet his whereabouts are unknown – please pray for his safety and release.

Sudan,Ibba Diocese: Pray for the vision of Ibba Diocese of a God fearing community. Harmful traditional practices in Ibba are conflicting with the message of the Church. Pray that the Christians in Ibba turn to Jesus Christ and accept Him only as their personal Saviour.
