UGANDA, Madi West Nile: The women in the Diocese will be holding a local fundraising event in June t raise money to complete the women’s guesthouse project. Please pray for money to be raised so that the house can be completed and begin service.

UGANDA, Madi West Nile: Thank God for the success of recent Lay Reader conferences as organized by the bishop and his secretariat. Pray that the ministry of Lay Readers may be continually empowered by the Spirit of God, so that they may effectively touch the lives of the community around them.

UGANDA, Madi West Nile: About 40 students are doing skills training at the West Nile Ecumenical Vocational Training Centre. The second term studies start at the end of May 2011. Pray for wisdom for the instructors and for understanding and learning for the students.

Pray that the planned meetings with Bishop Mouneer in Cairo and the visits to CMS Ireland supported projects are successful. Pray too for David’s visit to Kajo-Keji and Yei Dioceses for the opening of the two schools

Pray for Ronnie and Maggie on their travels and for their time in Kajiado, that they would be blessed and would be a blessing to others.

This is a chance for them to rest, relax, spend time with family and friends and engage with their Link Parishes. Please pray that Ken and Judith would know God’s blessing and provision throughout the remainder of this time.
