NEPAL: Give thanks for the CMS Ireland META (Mission Experience Team Abroad) who are spending their last day in Kathmandu today before flying back to Belfast. Pray that the things that they have seen, heard and experienced would continue to challenge and inspire them and others as they return home.

NEPAL, Human Development Community Services: Earlier this week, SP Kalaunee, who has been Acting Director of HDCS for over two years, flew with his wife to Philadelphia, USA to begin his PHD studies. Pray that God would watch over them both and they would settle in quickly to this new chapter in their lives.

KENYA, Urban Development Programme (UDP): Thank God for the UDP which has just celebrated its 20th anniversary. At a festive meeting, the history of the UDP was reviewed and the hopes of the members expressed. It was a wonderful occasion, at which the members sent greetings and thanks to all Link Churches and supporters.

Please pray that those UDP students finishing primary and secondary schools would find places in secondary schools and universities respectively when examination results are released early in the New Year.

BURUNDI, Gitega Diocese: Please pray for the newly opened Saint Luke’s College and Saint Luke’s Primary School in Gitega. Pray for the Governing Boards and the Staff of both schools as they provide leadership and guidance. Pray that the standard of education would be of a high quality.
