Pray for the women’s craft project as it continues to grow and serve vulnerable women in new regions. Thank God for the women who are already able to support their families because of the training they have received.

Thank God for funds distributed through CMSI to Kindu to assist rural clergy with transport, enabling them to minister more effectively. Pray that God would keep clergy safe as they travel round their parishes.

Due to the rising tensions in North Kivu, the Diocesan Children’s Home in Butembo is receiving more and more children. Pray for Mama Dorcas Mbambu and her team as they assist children who have faced significant trauma.

Pray for Bishop Isesomo’s present building priorities: completion of the new cathedral building and the Anglican Guesthouse. The cathedral will be a focus of encouragement in challenging times and it is hoped that the guesthouse will be an income generating project for the diocese.

Bishop Wilson has prioritised women’s literacy in his 2018 plan. Pray for the teachers who are needed to lead the classes in 15 parishes and for the commitment of the Mothers’ Union to roll out the project.

Maridi State has created two more counties in Ibba: Maruko and Nabanga. Please pray for clean water for the people and for the diocesan health department in Ibba as it plans to reach people in these two newly created counties, providing hygiene awareness as a strategy to prevent disease.

Pray for the Baker family as they prepare to leave Kiwoko and return to resettle to Northern Ireland. Their flights home are booked for 11th March. Pray for a smooth process through immigration and a straightforward journey.
