8. Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003 [Republic Of Ireland] And The Data Protection Act 1998 [UK]
8.1 CMSI is registered in the Republic of Ireland under the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003 and in the UK under the Data Protection Act 1998. The purposes for which we hold personal information and a description of the categories or parties to whom we may disclose such information is contained on the Register of the Data Protection Commission.
8.2 CMSI will not disclose any personal information to any other party unless we believe that it is lawful to do so or you have given your consent.
8.2 Any personal information that you provide will be used by us to enable us to answer your queries and to provide you with information. It will also be used to send you e-mail information updates or RSS feeds if you have indicated such a preference.
8.4 You have the right to request a copy of the personal data which we hold. We reserve the right to charge the maximum fee payable in terms of the Acts. You have the right to have any inaccuracies in your personal data corrected.
